I have finished my first Garry's Mod animation! I had a lot of fun working on it, at some parts it was really slow and boring, but watching it over made me feel like the work was worth it. It actually didn't take that long to make! Maybe like 3 hours on posing and taking pictures in GMod, and then 4 hours editing. But it was pretty fun and I hope you enjoy it!

Retarded

My school district is so retarded. It's been snowing for the past 2 days, and we didn't even get off once. Only 1 early dismissal and a 2 hour delay. While all the other school's in our same county have off. Freaking retarded.

I would've loved to have that time off to rest, make money, hang out with friends, and work on the Garry's Mod video and the video idea I have for Kris's birthday. Kris and I actually share the same birthday, but I wouldn't make a birthday video for myself. But I've at least gotten some time to work on my Minecraft house, play some Combat Arms, and school work. So I should be all set for the weekend.

Sadly I have freaking Math Mid-Terms tomorrow. I hope it's not too many questions, and I hope it's all things I know. Cause I really don't feel like studying. And I still can't find my iPod either.

So my week has been nothing but bad luck really. Internet goes down and I have to use my crappy neighbors, get in trouble for PDA at school again, can't find my iPod, no days off, mid-terms, and some other things. On the bright side though, I have found more quarters and other change on the ground than I usually do, and I got this amazing flavored gum. It's one of the new kinds, the Extra Delights. It's Mint Choco Chip and it is absolutely amazing!

LOL Another Rant :D

Another rant about my "friends" on Facebook criticizing the way I made Zack's intro. I'm actually not all that upset about it now. It's just cause I was having a really horrible day yesterday, so it made me upset.

But Zack and I have had some pretty good comebacks on the matter. Like the fact that every one who's criticizing it has either A. Never made a video in their life or B. Has made a video and made it in Window's Movie Maker. Which I find pretty funny.

Yeah but more criticism. Not even constructed either. But Zack kinda ranted on them saying he'll send them the raw footage of it and they can make a better intro. Which was pretty smart on our behalf. But I think what they're failing to grasp is that I have to keep Kris, Zack, and I's parts of the LJProductions10 intro about 5-10 seconds each. Because I don't want it to take up a lot of time, and I don't want to get copyright complaints about the music used.

But the actual video they're all looking at, isn't the one I actually made for Zack's intro on his channel. The one they're looking at is only the one for the LJProductions10 intro. But I'll put the link right down there if you want to see it anyway.

F'in annoying

You know what I hate??? When people say that your really being a d!ck or an a$$ to them, and then you decided to make sure you don't do anything that could make them think that, and then they decide to be a complete a$$ to you for no reason. I hate that.

So one of my former friends is apparently doing that to me now. Any joke I may have made about him, he'd laugh at and agree with. And then he'd even say it about himself before I started. And apparently that's being a d!ck??? Well I made an intro for Zack's youtube, and I posted it on my Facebook wall. And then no more then a day later, my former friend and this kid he's having a gay romance with (I swear to god they're gay for each other, even Zack and Kris agree.) comment on the video. And here's what they said.

Blacked out the names of course, except for Zack, Nick, and I's. But here's what was said:

Zack: Badass
Me: Yeah. Completely BA
Nick: Zack looks beast
Kid 1: I want those 10 seconds of my life back
Me: It wasn't even 10 seconds, but you'll never be able to!
Kid 2: rofl airsoft fail
Kid 1: no im saying tht was the biggest fail ive ever seen

All that went through my head when I read that was,"Yeah it was such a bad intro. You can't even hold a frikin camera still for 3 seconds.". I'm usually not so upset about things like this, but what makes me so upset is the fact that I've treated this guy so well and I've included him in pretty much everything, and then he starts being such a freakin idiot to me, Zack, Nick, Kris, and Matt. It's just stupid.

But just felt like sharing that with you!

Garry's Mod Animation Preview

Alright I got pretty far for only working on it an hour. Well at least I think it's pretty far in. But it's my first time trying to make a Garry's Mod video animation. So the links down below. There isn't any sound yet, I'm gonna put sound once I get it all done. So I'm thinking I should have it done by next weekend. I have some school projects I have to work on, and Track Conditioning, so it may be a little hard, but I'll try and fit it into that schedule.

GMod Video Idea

So I was playing L4D today. And this random boomer just came up in front of me, and like any NPC, Bill screamed,"BOOMER!!!". And I was really in a TF2 mood today, but my craptop (crappy laptop) can't handle the new particles and sources Valve introduced to TF2. So the first thing that came through my head when I heard that was the Demoman doing his taunt. And that brought me to this idea of the Demo doing his taunt, but right after his says,"KA!" this Boomer head pops out where that smiley face is and just barfs all over the place. And as I started thinking more and more about it, the idea for my first GMod animation came into my head.

I don't think I'll have it done in time for tomorrow's video though. Maybe I'll just put up a starting segment of it, if it looks good of course. So I guess you can look forward to a preview. But by next week I'll definitely have it done and up!

Zack's New Youtube Intro

Well while I was working on the LJProductions10 intro, I finished Zack's part of it and sent it to him. He said it looked really well and to send him the file so he could use it for his videos. So I touched it up a bit more and put in a little extras so it wasn't exactly like the one I'll be using.

So you'll have to check it out once he has a video up using it. My friends all commented on the original video I posted to Facebook saying he looked "beast" or "badass". So I'm glad I can make good intros!

2nd Gear

This may sound really weird and super fake, but it's so amazing for me and works so well!

What I've seem to have done, is train my body to use some of my inner energy (I take Karate, I learn about that stuff) and I guess I can know use it to enhance my speed when running on command. I don't know if it will work with strength or not, but it sure does work with my speed! So what I do it, I collide my fists together or just one on the ground and just say or scream,"Second Gear!" and then I just go flying!

When we were running these things for Track Conditioning today, I did that. We had to all out sprint down this long hallway in our High School like 8 times. And the first 4 times I just all out sprinted without using second gear. But then the last four I used it, and I think I shaved 1-2 seconds off the time it took me to sprint all that. The distance was about equal to a 100 and I do that in Track, so I should be good!

But one time I did it, and I felt like showing off. So I let this huge group of people get in front of me. I think Matt, Nick, Rumee, and some other people I know were in that huge crowd. So I let them get in front of me as we open the door of the staircase and are about to start sprinting, and when I walk out of the door I just collide my fists together and scream,"SECOND GEAR!". And I went flying down that hallway like a frikin car on the highway. And I heard all these people in the group behind me just go,"OH...MY....GOSH!!!". It was hilarious!

But sadly, it takes a lot of energy out of me. So I was really out of it each time I did it. But it's still freakin awesome! Second Gear FTW!!!

Well frik. My iPod has officially vanished off the face of the Earth. I really liked that thing. It was so small, portable, good storage, easy to record, but now it's gone. I don't know where the crap it is. The last time I had it (that I can remember) is on Saturday when I was in my basement, showing Kris and Zack something on there, and then I put it in my pocket or on the table. All I can really remember is that I showed them something. I'm not sure if I took it up to my room when I went to get a movie, if I put it on the table, if I put it in my pocket. I have no clue.

I've already torn apart my whole basement and room trying to look for it. I have no clue where it is, but I really wanna find it. So uhhhh, yeah, I'm in need of a new iPod. Freaking useless.

And sorry for super crappy quality! I edited it all together before I got Sony Vegas so the quality is crap. But that's the only video I'm gonna upload ever again (hopefully) that doesn't have that bad of quality!

And just a random side note. But today Zack and I played Naruto Clash of Ninja Revolution 2. And believe me, you know you need a life when you play that game, on survival for like 2 hours straight and make it all the way to 128 round wins or something like that. It was pretty epic though. Recorded all of it with Dazzle. Sadly I've lost my iPod so I can't record the voices. :( I need to find it!!!

PacMan Animation

So I was in school today, and my friend Brenda on the computer next to me was trying to play this PacMan game. And right as I looked at it, I remembered the PacMan Cookie Animation Jared and I made when we went to see the Footloose play at our high school when we were in 6th grade. They were selling these PacMan cookies there so we got 4. Jared and I both ate 1. So he slept over and we were bored out of our mind, not sure what to do with the other 2 cookies. We don't know if we should just eat them or do something creative then eat them. And that's when we got the idea for this movie!

So I went back to the old youtube channel and downloaded the mp4. I touched it up a little in Sony Vegas, but it  in higher quality. And re-uploaded it just now.

It makes me mad

So we got about 5-8 inches of snow last night. And guess what my school doesn't have??? Yup, a snow day! Only a freaking 2 hour delay. I'm just mad about it because usually when we have like 7 inches of snow, they give us a snow day. But nope. Just a 2 hour delay. I mean, it's not like we started school early this year (We did!). So just 1 snow day would be nice.

I was hoping to hang out with Zack today and shovel some people's houses for money, then go sledding if the snow was good enough. But, now those plans are shattered. All because of school. :(

I finally got the SSBB video done and edited. God it took way longer than it should have. I got done with the 2nd part, after I synced up the audio from my iPod to it (sadly some parts are still off sync for some reason, but other's aren't) then I just cut the matches that I didn't think we all that great, or weren't as great as another I could have in there instead. Then I got all the key frames and little title things edited. And I saved it.

I saved it and thought,"Wow there's not a lot of room on my hard drive. I better delete the actually video to make room for the edited one." Well apparently Sony Vegas can't open up a save file when the original video has been deleted. And sadly, I had already completely wiped it from my computer by the time I noticed. So I had to go back, get another copy of the video I had (which the audio wasn't as synced up in than the other one). And since I wanted the audio to be better, I just had to mute the actual video and go with the sound I got from my iPod. Then I had to cut it all to the right sizes again and get everything synced up.

Took forever. But I'm just glad to have it done. And now I know not to do that!

Capture Card

I got a capture card on Sunday. It's a black Dazzle capture card. For the most part it's pretty nice. Took me until today to finally get it hooked up. I could've done it yesterday, but I was too entranced in playing Minecraft with Zack and Kris cause Kris got the server back up.

I looked for a while on Sunday of how to set one up, and all the Youtube tutorials I found were complete crap. So I eventually figured out myself when attempting to set it up one of the ways I saw. And figured out I need 3 wire splitters. So on Monday I then had to go to Radioshack after my orthodontist appointment, and buy some. Well right as we get in and ask what we're looking for, the guy says they don't have any like we're trying to buy, and tries to sell us this 40 dollar box that worked exactly the same as the wire splitters I wanted. So we left and went to HHGregg just down the road. Bought 3 wire splitters, EXACTLY what I was looking for, for only 9 bucks. So much better.

But anyway, I finally got it hooked up and working tonight when Kris and Zack came over. We hooked the Dazzle and my Wii up to the new 56"-58" HD TV we got in our basement. So we ended up playing like 2-3 hours of Super Smash Bros. Brawl on it. We got some pretty nice footage. Sadly we had no means of recording our voices (the mic I had is one of those noise reducing ones) so I had to set my iPod on the floor and record our voices with that. Well before I did that, I should have taken into account that my iPod was on low battery, and that I could just hook it up to my laptop and record our voices for however long I want. But I didn't do that, so I only have a certain amount of time that has our voices recorded.

And...sadly...part of that time is when I got the most epic match win ever. We had it set on 1 stock each. Right as we started the match I was failing really bad. Kris and I had taken a lot of damage. But then, a smash ball appears. Kris, Zack, and I frantically try to get it, and in the confusion, I slash Kris right off the stage. And then I get the smash ball, almost fall to my death, recover, and right as I jump back up, I get Zack with my final and win the match. This was all but a 2 minute round and it was just awesome. Maybe I should include it just for the awesomeness of the whole thing.

But yeah, trying to get it edited for this weeks video. I should definitely have it done in time. I'm not sure why I'm stressing so much about it now, I just like to have it done I guess.
