And if anything, I say the ending you get if you actually save Agrippa is the right one. Because not only do you kill Alexander, and save Agrippa, but it gives you the assumption that Daniel survives. If you listen to the audio at the end, Agrippa is talking to Weyer (Weyer created the tonic to save Agrippa) and he says "Look at him Weyer, he deserves so much more. Help him, please, I know you can.". And then you hear Agrippa tell you that everything will be all right. So I guess that after that, the shadow is gone, Alexander is dead, Agrippa and you are saved, and everyone lives in harmony! That is until about 100 years later when all the war starts.
